Return & Exchange Policy.
We understand that situations may arise where you need to return a product. Returns are accepted in the event that the product is defective or has sustained damage.
In order to be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is unused and remains in the same condition as when you initially received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.
We aim to provide a seamless and empathetic experience for our customers when addressing their return needs.
We understand that there are certain situations where only partial refunds may be applicable:
- Any item with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons outside of error on our part.
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable): Upon receiving your returned item and conducting an inspection, we will promptly notify you via email to confirm the receipt of your return. We will also provide you with information regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, the process will be initiated, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a specific number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received your refund as expected, please first review your bank account. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. There is typically a processing time before the refund is reflected. Sale Items (if applicable): Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable): We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at support@shopreverbindia.com, and proceed with sending your item to the provided address.
Shipping: To return your product, please mail it to: support@shopreverb.in.
It's important to note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For items with a value exceeding Rs 1000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we strive to ensure the safe receipt of your returned item, we cannot guarantee its delivery.
Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that orders, once placed, can be cancelled only within 12 hours, if not dispatched.
